You need to be at least 21 years old and have 2 years driving license, your passport or ID card, a credit card or cash to pay the deposit. To rent a car in Ibiza you must have a valid driving licence in Spain.

We have seats for babies and children as follows: Group 0+ (0-13 kg), Group 1 (9-18 kg) and Group 3 (15-36 kg). The extra charge is € 3/day.

The vehicle may not leave the island of Ibiza (and it may not be transported to Formentera). Such circumstances automatically cancel the insurance, and result in the loss of all moneys paid and the cancellation of your contract.

The SMART rate does not include cancellations or modifications of the reservation, but you'll get a better discount on the vehicle price.

The FLEXIBLE rate allows for modifications and cancellations with no penalty if you notify us within 48 hours of the pick-up date. You will be charged one day's rental if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

All our rental cars, motorcycles, and quads in Ibiza are covered by mandatory coverage with an excess. This default coverage option is free of charge; however, upon collecting the vehicle, you will be required to leave a mandatory deposit equivalent to the excess amount corresponding to the type of vehicle chosen.

If you return the vehicle in the same condition as you received it, the excess amount will be refunded. In case of damages, the repair costs will be deducted from the excess, up to a maximum of the full excess amount. In the event of an accident where you are not at fault and another party is responsible, you will initially be charged for the damages up to your excess limit. Once the insurance company determines that you were not responsible, we will refund the charged amount.

With the ‘Extended Coverage’ option, A.Turbo Rent a Car, S.L offers customers collision damage coverage for the rented vehicle. This insurance does not cover damage to the wheels, the vehicle’s underbody, lost keys, interior damages, or any accessories that belong to or are provided with the vehicle. If you drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or recklessly, the ‘Extended Coverage’ will be automatically voided. The rental deposit with this additional coverage will vary depending on the type of vehicle chosen.

For even more comprehensive coverage, the ‘Premium Coverage’ includes protection for tires, broken windows, locks, and headlights. It also reduces the rental deposit (which varies depending on the chosen vehicle) and removes the daily mileage limit, allowing for unlimited mileage rental.

To make your reservation online you can make the payment by credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer. Once you get to the office you can pay the deposit in cash, or by credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

Pre-authorisation: please note that this amount is not charged. The bank is simply asked to block it during your rental period and once this is complete it is automatically released. This does not result in any payment from your account.

Deposit: The payment is made automatically after the vehicle is returned. The money will be credited to your card within 7 to 15 days, depending on the bank.

Cash: Cash deposits are returned directly in the office at the end of the rental.

Please note that this amount is always paid to the account associated with the card used to make the payment.
